Yahoo Photos is Dying, Damn It

So, I don't know if anyone else uses Yahoo Photos. I do, or did, a lot. It seems they're going kaput in September. WHY!?!?! I have really loved Yahoo photos. It's a great place to store and organize photos, show them to friends and family, and make prints. I've done all three in the past few years. I'm really bummed out they're ending their service. Anyway, they say you have to choose one of the five following photo services by September or risk losing all your photos forever (bastards). I don't know much about ANY of them, but certainly don't want to lose my pics. Anyone have advice on what to choose or NOT choose? Thanks.

I use flickr as you know and I've viewed pictures from friends on some of the others listed. I think flickr is the best by far.

Oh, and Yahoo Photos is going kaput because Yahoo also owns flickr and wants to consolidate.

I haven't used many places since, well, I can always share images on our site, but we have used walmart.com for putting up a bunch of pics for people to look at and print, since everyone has a walmart nearby to pick them up at.

I use Photobucket for putting stuff up on the internet and haven't had any complaints. I have friends who use the KodakEasyShare and flickr and like them (want to try flickr, but I haven't, so I can't compare). I, too, use walmart.com's as a way to share photos with my family in the States. My sister works in a Wally World photo lab, so I just upload around a 100 pictures at a time to the site, order a cd of them for one hour pick up at her store, put her down as the contact person, she buys the cd and takes it home to my parents, and then prints off whatever photo they want. *takes a breath* :)

I tried flickr a long time ago and got instantly irritated because the free acount only let me put up a few pictures at a time. This was a while ago and things may have changed, or you may be willing to pay for your account but that was my experience.

I need an easier solution to my situation. I use Photobucket for my personal use, but Kodak EasyShare for sharing albums with family. It's a big pita remembering to upload to 2 different sites, and then to share the albums with family. I guess the Kodak site is fine but for me it seems like work, because of the family thing. I'm so damn lazy! I know a lot of people use Flickr but I guess they still only allow you to show the last 200 uploaded pics. I keep meaning to just start an Audrey blog for my family to check but I know they'd look at the link once and then need a reminder every month.

Hmm what was my point again?

@jennifer: There's a 100mb per month limit for free account and some other limitations. A pro account is 24.95 a year and is unlimited on uploads and such.

See this FAQ.

Well, I'm a cheap bastard, so I'm not interested in any that makes me pay to get features. I'm having that problem right now with spyware and such programs (as well as a iTunes --> mp3 converter).
